About Us
My idea of a "great fire equipment business" has always been one that works for all of us. I have seen the companies that take orders and you never hear from them for weeks and sometimes months. This obviously is not what this business is about. I've been doing this for two years and I have a good amount of customers that just know that I will do my best for them. Sure the big companies beat my prices at times, sure I can't get everything (yet) but I just ask for a chance. I've been on your side of this and I know what it's like to hear the "well, your salesman has changed and we never got the order" or when it takes so long to come in you don't ever remember ordering it. I will do my best to fix that and I just ask for a chance.
